Replacement & Returns Policy

Overview

Our replacement policy is valid for 3 days from the date of delivery. If 3 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately we cannot offer a exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Shoes must be unused, all tags and labels, accessories must be intact.
  • A invoice showing the purchase date, location, and amount is mandatory for validation.
  • Customers are generally required to submit clear photographs of the product and the specific area believed to be defective.
  • No signs of wear, creases, dirt, or damage.
  • Keeping original manufacturing tags or stickers is often necessary, as their absence can lead to a rejected claim.
  • In case of broken zip tags, delivery partners will not accept the products for replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for replace or return:

  • Shoes purchased during sale, clearance, or discount offers
  • Customized or made-to-order shoes
  • Shoes damaged due to improper use or mishandling
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Apart from boots no apparels or accessories will be replacement.

 

Replacement

Once your photos/video is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your replacement.

If approved, your replacement will be immediately dispatched to your same address within few days.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.

To request an exchange, email us within 48 hours of delivery at spikeinternational2026@gmail.com with images or videos showing the issue.

Replacement/exchange products will be delivered within 3-5 business days after approval.

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and delivered within 3-5 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or through WhatsApp.
