Refund & Returns Policy

Overview

Our return and refund policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Shoes must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
  • Shoes must be returned in the original box and packaging
  • All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact
  • No signs of wear, creases, dirt, or damage

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Shoes purchased during sale, clearance, or discount offers
  • Customized or made-to-order shoes
  • Shoes damaged due to improper use or mishandling
  • Items returned without original packaging

Proof of Purchase

To complete your return, a receipt, order ID, or proof of purchase is required. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • Shoes with minor signs of wear
  • Shoes returned without the original box or packaging
  • Items damaged or missing parts not due to our error
  • Returns requested after 7 days but within 30 days of delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company, as processing time may apply
  3. Contact your bank for further assistance

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale, discounted, or promotional items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.

To request an exchange, email us within 48 hours of delivery at spikeinternational2022@gmail.com with images or videos showing the issue.

Replacement/exchange  products will be delivered within 7 business days after approval.

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and delivered within 3-7 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
