Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes. All Spika Shoes product photos are taken from actual items. Minor differences in colour may occur due to screen settings or lighting, but the design, model and key details will match the product shown.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Your sales receipt will be emailed to you immediately after placing an order. You can also download or print your invoice anytime from the My Account / Orders section when you log in to our website.

How can I return an item?

If you’re not completely satisfied, you can request a return within our return period (subject to our return policy).

  1. Contact us via email or phone with your order details.
  2. From Account > Orders Page
  3. Still Confused, We’ll guide you through the return or exchange process.
    Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock”?

Many popular styles are restocked regularly. If a product is out of stock, you can:

  • Check back on the product page, or
  • Contact us to know the expected restock date.
    Some limited-edition items may not be restocked once sold out.
Where can I ship my order?

We currently ship to addresses within India (and selected pincodes). At checkout, enter your delivery address to see if we service your location. For bulk or special shipping requests, please contact us directly.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary by location but typically take 3–7 business days after dispatch. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order has been shipped.
